The Springboro football Camp of Champions is set for June 20-23 at CareFlight Field. Times for the camp are 9:00-12:00.  The camp is open to all students entering grades 1-8. Campers do not have to be participating in pee-wee football to attend the non-contact camp.

WOJFC Physical paperwork is due prior to this first evaluation practice (July 25th) or your child cannot practice! WOJFC physical forms to be available summer 2011.  Check website for availability/locations

The Wee Panther’s Football Association is a non-profit organization, established in an effort to serve the youth of Springboro’s community.  With the support of the Springboro Parents, the Wee Panther’s Football organization provides a great opportunity for kids to learn and play the game of football while having fun as part of the “Wee Panther’s Football” family.

All Wee Panther’s players receive the following:
Certified playing equipment: Helmet, shoulder pads and jersey
(Player keeps jersey only)

Certified coaching staff for instruction (NYSCA certified; additional SHS staff instruction)
Minimum plays requirements for games.  (All players)

Two On-site Registrations (May 7th & May 21st)

*Saturday, May 7th, 2011 from 9:00am to 11:00am

*Saturday, May 21st, 2011 from 9:00am to Noon

Registration Fee at On-Site Registrations:
First Player $150, Second Player $130, $390 maximum per family
Registrations submitted after May 21st subject to $50 late sign-up fee per player

Make Checks Payable to “Wee Panther’s Football”
Bring (3) photo copies of child’s official birth certificate
Board members and coaches will be on site to answer any questions

Note to Parents

    • Registration monies & birth certificate copies must accompany registration form
    • No mail in registrations accepted
    • Players must reside in Springboro/Clearcreek Township.
    • Only 1st through 6th graders are eligible to participate in the Wee Panther’s program.
    • Kindergarteners are not permitted to register for this program.
    • No refunds after practices begin 7/25/2011.  Full refund prior to May 29th of all fees.  50% refund of all fees if request made between May29th to July 25th, 2010.

    !!! IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PARENTS !!!

    1) The registration deadline is May 21, 2011.  Registrations may be submitted in-person following May 21st with late fee/paperwork  at Equipment Handout Make-up Night July 19th but are subject to return/rejection based on resource availability as determined by the Wee Panther’s Board.

    2) Volunteering: Members are required to volunteer as needed to ensure the successful operation of the Wee Panther’s program.  Failure to volunteer as needed may result in player practice and/or game suspension as directed by the Wee Panther Board.

    3) Fundraiser: All members are required to participate in the organization fundraising activity or take advantage of any buy-out option offered.  Failure to do either is cause for practice and/or game suspensions as directed by
    the Wee Panther’s Board.

    Note: Fundraiser “BUY-OUT” option at time of registration only

    Option I. $150 per player.  This option REQUIRES participation in the club fundraiser.

    Option II.  $210 per player.  This option allows a “BUY-OUT” of club fundraiser per player. 
                                        (Player fee plus $60 club fundraiser buy-out option)

    Other equipment needed (not provided by Wee Panther’s): Football rubber molded-cleat shoes, game & practice pants, pad set for pants, and athletic supporter/cup.
